Erika has been a hypnosis consultant from 1974 through 2007 in Blue Point NY. Since then, she has been practicing in Fort Mill. S.C. In that time I have enjoyed helping adults as well as teens and children to actualize their innate natural abilities to reach their goals in an easier and faster way with the tools of hypnosis, self-hypnosis, guided imagery, Emotional Freedom Training (EFT-Tapping) and HypnoBirthing/HypnoPregnancy instructions.
With the art of hypnotism I have assisted my clients to increase their confidence, creativity and motivation; how tomanifest abundance in their life, improve relationships, their memory and learning ability, athletic performance; ease stress before and during exams, manage weight and physical discomforts; stop smoking and eliminate unwanted habits and fears.
